A leading HR/Tech client sought to develop a new brand identity that showcased the “future” of work—one that was people-centric while embracing technology. The challenge was to craft an identity that resonated with a growing digital community of over 500,000 professionals, reinforcing the client’s role as a trusted resource in workplace innovation.
Solution
The Branding Den created a refreshed, modern identity that connected more deeply with the audience. The redesigned logo featured a sleek, contemporary font paired with a feminine yet professional color palette, striking a balance between technology and human connection. A new favicon and identity symbol were introduced to elevate the brand’s digital presence.
At the core of the new identity was the “TC” symbol, designed within a circular shape. The “T” element was intentionally crafted to resemble a human figure lending a hand—symbolizing support, collaboration, and the people-first philosophy of the brand. This subtle yet impactful detail helped humanize the brand and reinforce its mission of empowering professionals in the evolving workplace.
Given the client operates exclusively in the digital space, we leveraged a gradient-based approach to the logo, incorporating a future-forward color spectrum that visually aligned with the technology sector. This gradient effect reflected adaptability and innovation, positioning the brand at the forefront of the HR/Tech industry.
Beyond logo development, we extended the brand’s visual identity across multiple digital touchpoints. We designed a comprehensive brand styles guidebook to ensure consistency in all future applications, along with a full suite of creative assets, including website design, social media templates, and email campaigns.
